EXCHANGE RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items must be: 
• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in the same condition as received, including the original packaging.
• All swing tags, return tags, and stickers must remain intact and not be removed.
• Products must be free of makeup, residue, washing fabric scents, perfumes, etc.
• No damages, including those from trying on or alterations, should be evident.
• If it becomes apparent that the returned item does not adhere to the above conditions, HIRAAB maintains the right to decline the return or deduct the required amount for cleaning, repair, and restocking from your refund or store credit.

Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size. All exchange requests must be submitted via email and must be requested within 14 days of the shipping date. Please use the provided email contact for submission – contact.hiraab@gmail.com  

Please be advised that the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs and any associated import taxes.

Kindly make sure to specify the purchase details in your email to assist us in identifying your return promptly and to prevent delays in the return process.

UAE exchanges must be returned to us within 14 days of return approval, while international returns must be received within 21 days of return approval. Packages received beyond these timeframes will not be accepted for return.

We reserve the right to decline any exchanges or returns suspected of being made maliciously, fraudulently, or with the intent to cause loss, damages, or copyright infringement to HIRAAB. If continuous returns occur, we may refuse further returns.

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTION

HOW TO RETURN

Please email at contact.hiraab@gmail.com  and ask for exchange. 

Items must be returned to us using a tracked and signed-for service, enabling both you as the customer and us as the receiver to track the progress of the parcel. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the exchange reaches us, and any issues with the chosen courier cannot be resolved on your behalf by us.

Our target is to complete all exchanges within 5-7 business days upon receipt at the warehouse (excluding the day your package is delivered back to us).

Once this invoice return items received back to us, the exchange item will be shipped. Only 1 exchange will be allowed per order. See shipping arrival times via HIRAAB. 

SALE

Sale items are eligible for exchange only if size is available, and this must be requested within 14 days of shipping. Store credit will be issued, valid for 6 months, and will not be extended in the event of a return.

Discount codes are not subject to these conditions if they are used fairly and in accordance with their intended distribution. They should not be abused by repeatedly signing up to receive codes as non-new or non-first-time customers.

 Sale items are:

• Items marked down to a discounted price
• Items where a sale/promotional discount code has been used
• Items where a holiday sale/promotional discount code has been used; Eid, Christmas, Boxing Day, Easter, Black Friday etc. 

CUSTOM MADE  

Selected items may be listed item as custom orders where variants such as sizes, colours and additional add ons cannot be refunded. These items are strictly no returns or exchanges as they are made by custom. 

REJECTED + REFUSED DELIVERIES

Returned packages, regardless of the reason for refusal such as unpaid taxes or failed delivery, will result in a return shipping fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
